The Iowa Association of Electric Cooperatives would like to invite you to exhibit/sponsor and attend the IAEC Operations & Safety Fall Conference and Vendor Equipment & Trade Show scheduled for Thursday, October 24 at the Airport Holiday Inn Conference Center.

We will have a social hour with drinks and appetizers from 4:30-6:00 at no additional charge. This is a great opportunity to network in a casual way. During the hospitality, we will draw from the members attending and award sponsor prizes. Make sure to bring some prizes and be a part of the fun!

Available levels of sponsorship are:

Gold Sponsorship: $600 (3 attendees and *booth, includes scrolling logo in the trade show hall and in the conference during breaks, submit a logo to Katrina Davis at kdavis@iowarec.org in .jpg format preferred)
Silver Sponsorship: $550 (2 attendees and *booth)
Bronze Sponsorship: $500 (1 attendee and *booth)
Hospitality Sponsorship: $350 (2 attendees and NO booth)
Truck/Equipment: $100 per extra space Extra space to bring in a truck or equipment at $100 per extra 8x10 ft space. Gold, Silver or Bronze sponsorship level is required for the first 8 x 10 space. Extra space will be in addition to the 8 x 10 ft booth space included in those levels. For example, if the equipment is 12 x 20 and you would like a booth in addition, 2 spaces would need to be purchased along with one of the levels above. If you wanted just a table by your truck/equipment, for a 12 x 20 space, than purchase one of the levels above and 1 extra space.
Extra booth space at $100 per extra 8x10 ft space. Gold, Silver or Bronze sponsorship level is required for the first 8 x 10 space. Extra space will be in addition to the 8 x 10 ft booth space included in those levels. For example if you would like two booths together you would select Gold, Silver or Bronze and add additional space, one sign included. Does not include any attendees.
Extra Attendees: $50 (for extra attendees over the attendees allotted for Gold, Silver, Bronze or Hospitality levels)

*Booth is 8x10 pipe/draped with company name signage, 8 ft table-skirted, 2 chairs, access to electricity

Registration:
Now you have decided you want to be a part of our Vendor Show, here is what you do! Please register online by October 11 to guarantee your booth space! Sponsorship fees can be paid by credit card, mail check to: IAEC, Attn: Katrina Davis, 8525 Douglas Avenue, Suite 48, Des Moines, IA 50322 or select the Bill Me Later option upon registration. Bill Me Later registrations will be invoiced after the conference.

Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted prior to October 15 with a full refund, after that date, no refunds for sponsorships or booth space will be accepted. Please contact Katrina Davis at kdavis@iowarec.org if you need to cancel.

Online registration instructions: Please note, that login is not available for sponsors (the login option is only for our cooperative members). It does note that there is special pricing with a login, our sponsor prices are the same for all vendors. When you select your sponsor level, the attendees that you are allowed to register will be automatically added. For example, if you select Gold, you will have 3 registrations available for you to list names of representatives. If you only have 2 attending, you can leave one attendee name blank.

Booth assignments: Booths will be assigned on October 17 and a map will be sent out to all sponsors on October 18.

Room Block: A room block at the Airport Holiday Inn is reserved for the rate of $115 for the nights of October 22-24 by October 1. 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.: Equipment drive in times (will be assigned week prior)
10:00 - 11:30 a.m.: Booth set up-Iowa Hall
12:00 p.m.: Lunch with attendees - Courtyard Atrium
12:00 - 1:30 p.m.: Vendor Booth trade show open to participants - Iowa Hall
2:30 – 3:00 p.m.: PM Break - Participants have PM break in Iowa Hall
4:30 – 6:00 p.m.: Vendor Social - Participants and vendor social hour (beer, soda and appetizers, door prizes will be drawn from conference participants)- Iowa Hall
6:00 p.m.: Booth tear down
