The Iowa Association of Electric Cooperatives would like to invite you to attend the IAEC Golf Tournament scheduled for Wednesday, July 13 at Brooks Golf Club with an evening reception at the Waterfront Event Center in Bridges Bay Resort. We have various levels of sponsorship which include: Platinum Hole, Golf Only, Reception or Hole Prize. We also encourage providing flight prizes, all donations are welcome and appreciated! Any of these levels may be shared with another sponsor, or multiple levels may be sponsored.

We also will have a reception that evening that you may and attend to visit with our members. The reception will be held at the Waterfront Event Center held at the Bridges Bay Resort from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. with heavy appetizers and beverages provided.

Platinum Hole	$500 18 available	Each sponsor will be assigned a hole, representatives at their hole to connect with membership. This includes one (1) golfer and up to four (4) attendees at the lunch and reception. Company name sign at hole tee box, company name listed on signage and conference brochure.
Golf only	$200	Golf, lunch and evening reception for one (1) golfer, company name listed on signage and conference brochure
Extra Golfer	$50 for Platinum $175 for Golf only	Only available for Platinum or Golf Only Sponsor levels
Reception	$300	Sponsorship of the evening reception includes company name listed on signage at the reception. Up to three representatives can attend reception.
Hole Prize	$100 4 available	Donate prize for longest putt, longest drive, closest to the pin (2) Donation value of $100 for each prize, IAEC will purchase. Your company name will be printed on a sign at the tee box. These hole prizes will only be given to IAEC members.
Flight Prize	Donation	We appreciate any prizes you are willing to donate, we want to ensure all golfers receive a prize. We prefer prizes in sets of 4, if possible. Please note at registration if you are providing prizes (you may bring to the golf outing that day) and what you will be providing.

Registration: To register, please register online with your company name, the name(s) of the person(s) attending, and the level of sponsorship by June 28. Please pay by credit card, mail check in or select the Bill Me Later option upon registration. Invoices will be mailed after the event. no cancellations will be accepted after June 28, by registering you are agreeing to the level and fees. You will see on registration (no attendees are registered, add items to add attendees.) You will list your attendees under the Representatives listing of names and emails.

Cancellations due to weather: If weather prohibits the golf tournament from going forward, we will reimburse or offer $100 credit to cover golf fee for Platinum or Golf only levels. Extra Golfer fees will also be refunded. The reception will still take place. The remaining sponsor fee will cover prizes and reception food and drink.

Safety protocols: Per the CDC guidance, masks are not required for indoor activities unless the event is being held in a county with a high COVID-19 Community Risk Level. If you are at a high risk for severe illness, talk to your healthcare provider about whether you need to wear a mask and take other precautions in public. Please do not attend if sick or recently exposed to COVID-19.

Room block: A room block is reserved for the rate of $212 for double queen or $293 for King suite for the nights of July 11-14 at the Bridges Bay Resort (location connected to Waterfront Events Center). Please make your reservations at the hotel by calling (712) 332-2202 and reference the Iowa Association of Electric Cooperatives to receive this discounted rate. This room block will be available until Thursday, May 26, 2022. Bridges Bay Resort is connected to the Waterfront Events Center where the Wednesday evening reception and conference will be held.
